FAQs

Q: I really enjoyed the show – how can I say thank you?

A: Your ticket should have been given to you with the name and contact details of the person or company that provided your ticket. In this case please, please write and let them know you had a good time, as they would love to hear from you. If you don’t know who provided your ticket, please leave a comment on our website here (contact us), and we will be delighted to publish your comments. Our homepage also has a link to the WORLD FESTIVAL OF MAGIC FACEBOOK page.

Q: Where can I buy tickets?

A: Tickets are not for sale to the public. Tickets are sponsored by businesses and generously given back to the community

Q: How long is the show?

A: The show is a minimum of 90 minutes including an interval.

Q: What age-group is the show suitable for?

A: The show is suitable for children and adults of any age

Q: I have several children, but they haven’t all been given tickets; can I get more tickets?

A: Contact the Host, and they will try to accommodate you. We would hate for a child to miss our show because his brothers or sisters don’t have tickets

Q: How old does a child have to be to need a ticket (do I need a ticket for my baby?)

A: Generally speaking if a child is small enough to sit on your lap throughout the performance (e.g. a baby) then a ticket will not be necessary

Q: How long is the show?

A: The show is approximately 90 minutes long, with a 10 minute interval

Q: Can you accommodate wheelchairs?

A: Absolutely! Our show is intended to be enjoyed by “special needs” children, many of whom often need wheelchairs or assistance. We will ensure a wheelchair section is available
